The air booster pump uses a single air-controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve to achieve reciprocating motion of the pump. 2. This air booster pump can use double or quadruple compressed air. It uses a single air-controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve to achieve reciprocating motion of the pump. It is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. All of its seals are made of imported high quality products to ensure a good seal.
3. The working principle of the gas booster is very similar to our high pressure liquid pump, where the larger air driven piston is directly connected to the smaller pumping piston. The incoming air from the compressor drives the supercharger and will supply the supply to the device. It has automatic pressure hold and this product automatically starts to keep the loop pressure constant regardless of the pressure drop.
4. When compressed air is first applied to the pump, it will circulate at its maximum speed, producing maximum flow. As the pressure in the receiver increases and stops automatically, the pump will gradually begin to cycle at a slower rate. This gas booster can be used to enhance a variety of gases including argon, helium, nitrogen and hydrogen. It is ideal for increasing gas pressure, delivering high pressure gas, gas cylinders and sweeping gases.
