The body of this air lubricator uses high quality corrosion resistant materials. This product quickly adjusts the knob to precisely set the amount of oil required. This product provides uniform lubrication even at low flow rates.
1. This air lubricator has a transparent outer casing. There is an adjustment screw on the top of the housing. Rotating the adjustment screw will increase or decrease the frequency of the lubricant droplets drawn into the air stream by the compressed air passing through the lubricator head.
2. Since the outer casing of the product is transparent, you can monitor the frequency of the lubricant droplets when adjusting the flow rate when you adjust the oil flow through the flow adjustment screw.
3. When air passes through the lubricator head, the size of the air passage will decrease. This results in an increase in the speed at which compressed air passes through the lubricator head. The air inside the tube then creates a hole that moves faster through the tubules. This reduces the air pressure in the supply line, creating a partial vacuum, and the vacuum draws the oil out of the tube.
